Ice season is coming soon

We’re thrilled to be reopening the W.J Henderson Recreation Centre on Saturday, September 21st for the start of the 2024-2025 ice season!

We invite you to celebrate the reopening with us at a free public skate, sponsored by Loyalist Township, on Sunday, September 22nd between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. This free skate is being offered in lieu of the Sneak Peek that was originally planned for September 20th.

The arena is reopening on September 21st, however, there are still many more facility improvements to come! While in the building you might notice that construction is still in progress on many areas of the Recreation Centre. Be sure to check out the renderings of what's to come in the spaces still under construction! We’re eager to welcome you back to the arena and we thank you for your patience while the rest of the work on the Recreation Centre is completed.
